1. RED RAIN IN KERALA :
kerala has received heavy rainfall in 2001. It is no wonder that it was rained. But the rain water is red in colour. The explanation for why it fell in red colour remains a unsolved mystrey in the world.
2. THE TOMSKY CRATER :

In 1949, a Russian geologist went on for the experimentation into the forest area in Siberia. He went deeper and deeper in the unknown land. The people living in the mountains has detained him not to go further. Being a man of science, the geologist kept going into the deep forest and he found the giant crater. The crater was as deep as a twenty five storey building. Studies shows that the crater was only about 250 years old. It is said that it was caused by a nuclear disaster. But there is no proof of any disasters that occur 250 years ago. Another team was formed and sent into the forest to investigate about this crater. But the leader of the group died just a few miles from the site. So how this CRATER formed was still the unsolved mystery in the world.
3. THE DISAPPEARANCE OF HAROLD HOLT :
Harold Holt is the Prime Minister of Australia in 1967. In Dec 1967, he went swimming in the Cheviot Beach, Portsea, Victoria. He was missed while swimming. Searching with the Navy and Air Force and with guards, he was not found. What happened to him remains a unsolved mystery in the world.

It is also known as walking rocks or moving rocks. Stones in Racetrack Palaya, Death Valley National Park in California moves automatically. No external force has moved the stone i.e no human or animal has moved the stone. Then how these moves on its own is a unsolved mystery in the world.

5. SPONTANEOUS COMBUSTION :

Michael Faherty, 76, died at his home in Halway on 22 December 2010. Police or fire investigators find burned corpses but no burned furniture and also told that no trace of an accelerant has been found. If so, how he got fire and dead was a unsolved mystery in the world.
6. LOCATING THE REMAINS OF CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS :
We all know that Christoper Columbus was an explorer, discoverer and a navigator. On 20 May 1506, Columbus died in Valladoid, then at the La Cartuja in Seville. In 1542, the remains were transferred to Colonial Santo Domingo. In 1795, France took over the entire island of Hispaniola. Columbus's remains were moved to Havana, Cuba. In 1898, when Cuba became independent, the remains were moved back to Spain.
Colonial Santo Domingo officially claims that the remains of Columbus never left Hispaniola. But in 1877, in the Cathedral of Santo Domingo, a box was found with an inscription "glorious and eminent Cristobal Colon".
A DNA analysis conducted on the basis in Seville and on those of Columbus's brother showed that the two samples matched perfectly. How's this possible ? It remains as an unsolved mystery in the world.
7. THE DISAPPEARANCE OF USS CYCLOPS :

The ship called Cyclops were built for United States Navy before World War I. On March 4 1918, while sailing in the sea, the ship USS Cyclops was lost around the place called "Bermuda Triangle". All 306 people on the ship went missing. The question of what happened to the ship and the people inside the ship remains an unsolved mystery in the world.
8. PRESENCE OF ROAD UNDER THE SEA :

The road is called "BIMINI ROAD". It is a underwater rock formation near Bimini island in the Bahamas. It consists of 0.8km. It is composed of rough rectangular lime stone block.
Why this road is built under the sea?
Whether a city was destroyed and sunk into the sea? Or whether they built it as a secret way to go somewhere in ancient times? Thus it remains as an unsolved mystery in the world.
9. PHAISTOS DISC :

Minoan civilization was a Bronze Age Civilization. The Minoan Civilization has been described as the earliest civilization and is called as 'the first link in the European Chain'. The Phaistos Disc was found in that place. No one know what language is written in it and what is written in it and becomes an unsolved mystrey in the world.
10. RANSOM MONEY OF D.B COOPER :

On November 24 1971, Cooper hijacked the plane and asked for two hundred thousand dollars as ransom. After getting the money, the man left from plane with a parachute somewhere around Washington. Cooper was never found. Almost 10 years later, a little boy found five thousand and eight hundred dollars of twenty dollar bills on the Columbia river. The serial number of the bills match the ransom. To this day he has not been found and became an unsolved mystery in the world.
11. SOUND IN TOAS :

People in a place called Toas in New Mexico are told that something mysterious is being heard. Later on that noise is called to be HUM. They are said to hear noises similar to how a diesel train goes in the distance. Scientists where stucked by what causing this noise? This remains as an unsolved mystery in the world.
